You could say the idea for the Simple Wisdom line of Garden Fables was planted in Lynne’s brain when she was still in diapers, back in the “good ol’ days” before her family had a TV. Both her parents were avid readers and some of her fondest childhood memories are the times her mother and father would read to her. Although she still remembers some of the stories, it was the fables that made the biggest impression.
Fables have been used for thousands of years as an easy and entertaining way for parents to teach their children moral and ethical behavior.
